In December and January, the IT Cluster Transcarpathia actively worked on developing the organization’s growth strategy.
In addition, the operational team underwent training and consultations on fundraising to improve resource mobilization efficiency and expand opportunities for the development of our community.
As a result of these activities, the team developed a strategic plan for the organization’s growth until 2029, as well as defined concrete steps for attracting new financial resources and partners.
For us, this is an important step toward systematic development, which helped us look at the cluster from a broader perspective: identifying priorities, formulating a value proposition for participants and partners, structuring activity areas, and building a long-term development plan. It’s about sustainability, transparency, and the ability to scale initiatives that strengthen the IT community of the region,
- says the Executive Director of the IT Cluster of Zakarpattia, Myroslava Maidych.
The organizational development activities were conducted for the Public Organization "Zakarpattia IT Cluster" with the support of the "House of Civil Society" and the "Askold and Dir" Fund, administered by ISAR Unity as part of the "Strong Civil Society of Ukraine - Engine of Reforms and Democracy" project, funded by Norway and Sweden.
