On July 16, Diya.Business, partner of IT Cluster Transcarpathia in Uzhhorod, together with the International Organization for Migration held the Go-Adapt business forum for 50 Ukrainian entrepreneurs.
8 hours of intensive with leading speakers for micro, small and medium-sized businesses, where Ukrainian entrepreneurs trained their skills and made new business contacts.
Zhanna Kapitsa, head of the board of IT Cluster Transcarpathia, told the entrepreneurs how cluster members cope with challenges and even found new opportunities for development with their help:
The key moment is unification and active networking, this is what, along with relevant business tools, helps to find more effective ways to maintain economic stability now.
The event was divided into two parts:
- Theoretical - educational business lectures from business representatives, experts, and opinion leaders on the topics of scaling, marketing, sales, export, automation, and optimization of business processes.
- Practical — training during which entrepreneurs were able to apply effective business methods in practice, improve their skills and analyze their own business together with experts.
The project aims at the business recovery and development. This is one of the areas of work of the International Organization for Migration. Currently, we are conducting the first selection of relocated enterprises in the Transcarpathia and Lviv regions. About 60 enterprises have already been selected and protected their business projects. Now we are at the stage of signing agreements with these enterprises. In the future, we plan to finance them
— said Stanislav Pidperigora, head of the project "Development of SMEs: Economic Integration of Internally Displaced Persons and Business Recovery" from the International Organization for Migration.
In total, the project covers 175 small enterprises, 500 micro-enterprises, and 60 startups in the amount of up to 7 thousand euros.
