On June 18, Uzhgorod hosted a charity event organized by the IT cluster Transcarpathia, "Crisis leadership: how to ensure team efficiency?" with Andrii Rozhdestvenskyi - Ph.D., executive director of the Center for Leadership of UCU, lecturer at UCU Business School, business consultant and Igor Zabolotny, visual strategist, founder of the Artscribe University presentation agency.

We've collected UAH 1,113,000 for IT.CT Foundation charitable fund for the needs of our defenders. Entrance to the event was free, but donations to the IT.CT Foundation charity fund, the funds of which will go to the needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, were welcome.

During the workshop, we discussed the role of a leader in crises, personal and organizational sustainability, and approaches to crisis management.
