On May 17, IT Cluster Transcarpathia held a strategic session on issues of business development in Transcarpathia during the war. Many representatives of local authorities and business communities visited the session.
As a result of the discussion, we´ve created many projects in the field of business, education, and government. The priority tasks that require immediate resolution are assistance in logistical and infrastructural issues for people who were forced to move to Transcarpathia.
Among the long-term directions are:
- Transformation of education. UzhNU has already become a partner of the cluster, where students will work with IT specialties. It was also planned to create together the Zakarpattia Science Park. The plans include the introduction of such a discipline as IT in schools and lyceums.
- Development of the IT community. Carrying out charity events. Another goal is the development of an IT platform where residents will be able to communicate. Partners of the cluster are going to be involved in various initiatives and will provide special conditions for residents.
- Stimulation of investments and startup culture. Here, in IT Cluster, we´re planning to hold a start-up festival.
- Infrastructure. We´ve already found construction companies that want to build IT towns and build office infrastructure throughout the region.
Together we will work to make Transcarpathia the coolest technological region, the "valley where startups are born." The place, where it is comfortable to live, work, travel, and implement new large-scale ideas. A country with a single developed ecosystem in which everyone will work harmoniously - business, education, the government
